Operation and management of the historic Bush Tabernacle and Dillon’s Woods. Both properties are located within the Town’s Fireman’s Field Park. Concessionaire will be responsible for fully preserving, maintaining, and enhancing the character and Town ownership of the two properties, making the facilities accessible to residents and visitors, increasing use of the facilities, and generating public revenue to cover costs related to the facilities.
