Citizen Issue//Concern Form

  1. EMERGENCY ISSUES:
  2. For emergencies involving water, waste water (sewer), street maintenance, or Town facilities and property, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, please call 540-338-7700 and a Loudoun County dispatcher will answer your call in order to notify the appropriate personnel.
  3. For all other emergencies call 911.
  4. Non-Emergency Issue Form
    For Non-Emergency Issues Related to Trash/Recycling and Special Pick Up, Utilities, Streets, Streetlights, Tall Grass, or other concerns, please fill out the following form:
  5. Most Streetlights are located on a utility or other pole with identification numbers. Please provide the pole numbers if available and it is safe to do so.
  6. All non-emergency concerns will be responded to as quickly as possible.

  7. If you have a picture, please submit it or any other documentation using the upload feature below. You can upload a maximum of 3 attachments.

  8. CALLING IN A CONCERN:

    You may also call-in non-emergency utility, street, sidewalk trash/recycling, and Town facility concerns during normal office hours (Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm). Please call the Town Hall at (540) 338-7421.

    For POLICE non-emergency issues please call 540-338-7422.
