PURCELLVILLE, Va., April 18, 2023 — The previously advertised special meeting budget work session on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 will start at 6:30 PM instead of 5:30 PM. The revised special meeting agenda consists of the following items:

- Closed Meeting
as authorized under Sections 2.2.3711(A)(1) and 2.2.3711(A)(8) of the Code of Virginia for consultation with legal counsel employed or retained by the public body regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel. Specifically, the Town Council will receive legal advice concerning the Interim/Acting and Town Manager position(s).
The presentation by Stantec (previously scheduled on April 19th) has been rescheduled to May 1, 2023 at 5:30 PM.
The CIP budget presentation (previously scheduled on May 1st) has been rescheduled to April 24, 2023 at 5:30 PM.
