Purcellville, Va. March 27, 2023—The Town of Purcellville is once again partnering with Keep Loudoun Beautiful for the annual Town-wide clean-up. Individuals and groups may volunteer to pick up trash on Saturday, April 15 from 8 to 10 a.m. or noon to 2 p.m. To participate, please register online no later than April 7.
The Town of Purcellville invites all citizens, families, individuals, sports teams/organizations, scouts, church groups, and all other volunteers to participate in this beneficial effort which will focus on roadside and trail clean-up. Volunteers are encouraged to participate by helping maintain the mission of Keep Loudoun Beautiful:
- Maintain the natural beauty and visual quality of Loudoun County
- Encourage and educate citizens to keep Loudoun beautiful
- Promote public awareness of environmental challenges and suggested solutions, like reducing, reusing, and recycling
- Improve County trash disposal and eliminate illegal dumping
