[ARCHIVED] News Release - Town Wide Paving

PURCELLVILLE, Va. March 23, 2023 — Beginning Monday, March 27, 2023, the Town’s Contractor, Stuart M. Perry, will be conducting milling and paving operations at the following locations in Town: Wintergreen Drive, Woodbine Court, Orchard Brook Drive, Sunflower Court, Sage Court, Rosemary Lane, Canterbury Circle, and South 11th Street.  

The work will generally occur Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and may also be dependent on Loudoun County Public Schools’ schedule.   During the work, the roadway will remain open with temporary lane closures during working hours. Parking will be restricted along the streets while the work takes place.  Total time to complete the milling and paving operations is anticipated to take 2 to 2.5 weeks. In case of inclement weather or unforeseen events, this schedule may change. 

Please be aware of work zones and be alert for changes in the vehicular and pedestrian traffic patterns in areas where work is being performed.
