PURCELLVILLE, Va. December 8, 2022 — Please join us on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 5:30 PM for the Oath of Office Ceremony for Mayor-elect Stanley J. Milan and Council members-elect Mary “Boo” Bennett, Carol Luke and Erin Rayner. The Oath of Office reaffirms each elected or re-elected official’s commitment to faithfully perform the duties as Mayor or Council member for the Town of Purcellville. The Town’s Charter requires members of the Council take the Oath of Office. The ceremony will take place at Town Hall, 221 S. Nursery Avenue in Council Chambers and will be performed by The Honorable Gary M. Clemens, Clerk of the Loudoun County Circuit Court.
Outgoing Council members Mayor Kwasi Fraser, Council member Tip Stinnette and Council member Joel Grewe will recognized at the December 13, 2022 Town Council meeting.
