PURCELLVILLE, Va. July 28, 2022 - The Purcellville Parks and Recreation Advisory Board has issued a call to area non-profit organizations to participate in the second annual Purcellville Non-Profit Expo. Register online by August 12, 2022. The Purcellville Non-Profit Expo will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 20 in the Bush Tabernacle at 250 South Nursery Ave, Purcellville, VA.
The Purcellville Non-Profit Expo is free and open to the public, giving non-profits that serve the Purcellville area an opportunity to share information about what they offer and how people can get involved. There are several categories of non-profit organizations that operate in Purcellville and western Loudoun. “We hope to have a wide variety of non-profits that represent students, scouts, the arts, sports, history, veterans, environment, agriculture, community, civic, and charitable groups so people in our area have a chance to learn about the amazing opportunities there are to connect with these groups,” said Phil Rohrer, chair of the Purcellville Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. “Whether you are looking to participate, volunteer, learn, or donate, there are a lot of ways to get involved, and this expo will be an easy and fast way to get information about a lot of non-profits.”
