PURCELLVILLE, Va., June 30, 2020 — With Virginia entering Phase 3 of reopening tomorrow, Wednesday, July 1, 2020, the Town of Purcellville’s Town Hall will reopen to the public on a limited basis. Beginning Monday, July 6, Town Hall will be open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Masks are required to be worn by all visitors and strict social distancing measures will be implemented. Town Hall will remain staffed Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Employees will be available via phone and email to provide assistance. If a need arises, outside of the scheduled period for Town Hall to be open to the public, staff will work with citizens to schedule appointments for in-person service. Citizens are encouraged to limit unnecessary trips to Town Hall and continue to utilize other methods to conduct business with the Town until the Declaration of Emergency has terminated.

The Finance office will be available to assist customers by phone, (540) 338-7093 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. For water/sewer utility service inquiries you may email revenueteam@purcellvilleva.gov. In lieu of making payments in person, the Finance office the Town offers multiple other payment options:
- US Mail: 221 South Nursery Avenue, Purcellville, VA 20132
- Secure 24-Hour Drop Box: A payment drop box is located on the south side of the Town Office adjacent to the J Street side parking lot.
