The Virginia Deputy Commissioner for Population Health stated “all towns and political subdivisions in the relevant counties are included.”  In addition, Loudoun County Attorney Leo Rogers along with Loudoun Health District Director Dr. David Goodfriend also confirmed that “all Towns within Loudoun County are subject to Executive Order 62.”
