PURCELLVILLE, Va., April 30, 2020 — Attached is the Weekly Coronavirus Update for the Town of Purcellville. Items in this week’s summary of COVID-19-related changes within Purcellville include a reminder that the Loudoun County Business Interruption Fund is currently open, but will be closing at noon on May 2, 2020. Those interested in applying should visit the Department of Economic Development Website for further details and eligibility requirements.
Residents should note that the Town Elections are rescheduled for May 19th at the Bush Tabernacle. The last day to request a ballot to be mailed is the Tuesday preceding election day, or May 12th. For further details visit https://www.loudoun.gov/5290/May-19-2020-Town-Elections.
In addition, if you have a Purcellville utility account, please watch your mail for two (2) $10 vouchers sent by the Town to help stimulate local economic recovery. Vouchers can be redeemed at participating Town businesses, which are listed at www.purcellvilleva.gov/voucherprogram, and are valid through 12/31/2020. Businesses that are interested in participating may still register for inclusion in the Town voucher program. However, applications must be submitted via the website above to be formally included.
