PURCELLVILLE, Va., April 23, 2020 — Attached is the Town of Purcellville Weekly Coronavirus Update featuring the most recent Covid-19-related changes within Purcellville.   Highlights in this week’s summary include reminders and instructions regarding obtaining absentee ballots for the upcoming Town Council election (deadline of 4/28/20), as well information on signing up for the Town’s new Voucher Program to help stimulate local economic business recovery efforts.

Additionally, the Purcellville Police Department would like to remind residents to be vigilant about possible COVID-19 scams, including criminals claiming to assist with access to stimulus payments and small business loans.  Remember to never give out your social security number, and if you feel you may be the victim of fraud, contact the police directly.
