[ARCHIVED] News Release - Purcellville Music and Arts Festival Seeks Sponsors and Vendors

PURCELLVILLE, Va. March 2, 2020 — The Purcellville Music and Arts Festival - scheduled for April, 25 2020- celebrates Purcellville’s community, culture, and arts.  The event will be held at Dillon’s Woods and in the Historic Bush Tabernacle at 250 South Nursery Avenue. Organizers are seeking exhibitors and food vendors to participate in this festival from noon to 7 p.m.

Vendor fees are $100.00 with a service charge of $7.72.  Applications for exhibiting and food vendors will be accepted until April 1, 2020.  Applications for all vendors are available online.  Vendors will receive a confirmation and instructions prior to the event. Each vendor will need to provide their own table, chairs, tents, etc. Vendor locations will be assigned by festival organizers.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available with various levels to help meet marketing needs. Sponsoring the Purcellville Music and Art Festival provides visibility throughout the western Loudoun and Northern Virginia markets.

The annual Purcellville Music and Arts Festival includes multiple stages to feature a wide range of musical entertainment.  Enjoy the charming park setting in historic Dillon’s Woods where there will be live music, displays and information from regional organizations, and artisan and food vendors.  There will also be an art show inside the Bush Tabernacle that showcases local and regional artists and art organizations.  The event is family-friendly and is free and open to the public. Pets are also welcome (required to be on a leash and please clean-up after your pet).
