[ARCHIVED] News Release - North 21st Street Temporary Parking Restriction

PURCELLVILLE, Va. January 17, 2020 — Beginning as early as Monday night January 20th, ten (10) parking spaces along N. 21st Street closest to the Main Street intersection will be blocked off in order to allow a contractor working for Trenary Investments.  The closure is necessary for Trenary Investments LLC to make emergency repairs to a building along Main Street.  The Contractor will be parking concrete trucks in the spaces and stretching hoses across the sidewalk in order to make the repairs.

The work is scheduled to take place between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM Tuesday January 21.  During the work, the roadway will remain open to vehicular traffic, with temporary closures along the sidewalk.  Total construction time is anticipated to take approximately 4 hours.  In case of inclement weather or unforeseen events, this schedule may change.

Please be aware of work zones and be alert for changes in vehicular and pedestrian traffic patterns in areas where work is being performed.
