News Release - Police Report

PURCELLVILLE, Va. October 10, 2018 - 

 

09/28/2018 – 1:29 p.m. 37000 Blk. E. Richardson Ln. Hit & Run

 Victim contacted police to report a vehicle in their parking lot was struck. A possible suspect was identified and interviewed but it appears that this was not the vehicle.

 

9/28/2018 – 6:42 p.m. 400 Blk. Falls Chapel Ct. Fraud

 Victim contacted police about a possible construction fraud involving a contractor. Case is under investigation.

 

09/29/2018 – 5:39 a.m. 100 Blk. N. 16th St. Auto Theft

 Victim reported that their vehicle was parked in the parking lot overnight. When they went out in the morning the vehicle was missing. Case is under investigation.

 

09/30/2018 – 10:27 a.m. 600 Blk. Dominion Terr. Trespassing


Police were contacted about an adult male sleeping in the hallway of building. Police located suspect and had already advised him several times that he was not allowed on the property. Micah Montgomery, 22 year old male of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing. He was released on a summons to appear in court.


10/1/2018 – 10:18 a.m. 600 Blk. E. G St. Fraud

Victim contacted police about a possible construction fraud involving a contractor. Case is under investigation.


10/2/2018 – 8:38 p.m. 100 Blk. N. 16th St. Narcotics Violation

Police were contacted about a possible narcotics violation. Suspects were located and a narcotics were seized. Charges pending.


10/3/2018 – 10:08 a.m. 200 Blk. N. 21st St. Destruction of Property

 Police were contacted regarding a door to the building being damaged overnight.
