[ARCHIVED] News Release - Town of Purcellville Becomes Associate Member of the I-95 Corridor Coalition

PURCELLVILLE, Va. JULY 9, 2018 —The I-95 Corridor Coalition is an alliance of transportation agencies, toll authorities, and related organizations including public safety, from the state of Maine to the state of Florida with affiliate members in Canada. The Coalition provides a forum for key decision and policy makers to address transportation management and operations issues of common interest. As an Associate member, the Town of Purcellville may have representatives on any or all of the Program Track Committees to include:

  • Travel Information Services
  • Coordinated Incident Management & Safety
  • Intermodal Freight Movement & Passenger Travel

All members benefit from working together toward a safe and seamless transportation system in the region. “The I-95 Corridor Coalition enables the Town of Purcellville to embrace a regional approach in addressing transportation challenges and advancing transportation solutions,” said Mayor Kwasi Fraser.
