[ARCHIVED] News Release - Purcellville Music and Arts Festival Seeks Sponsors and Vendors

PURCELLVILLE, VA.  April 23, 2018 - The Purcellville Music and Arts Festival, scheduled for Saturday, May 19, 2018, celebrates Purcellville’s community, culture, and arts.  This free event will be held at Fireman’s Field located behind the Historic Bush Tabernacle at 250 South Nursery Avenue. Organizers are searching for exhibitors, food vendors, and sponsors to be part of this wonderful community event from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

To be a vendor for the Purcellville Music and Arts Festival, visit the updated website: Vendor fees are $100 and applications will be accepted until May 1, 2018. Vendors will receive a confirmation and instructions before the event, and vendor locations will be assigned by festival organizers on a first-come first-served basis. Each vendor must provide their own table, chairs, tents, etc.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available with a variety of levels. Sponsoring the Purcellville Music and Art Festival provides visibility throughout the western Loudoun and Northern Virginia markets and helps make this free community festival possible.

There are four stages at this festival to feature a wide range of musical entertainment. The Art Hall will be inside the Bush Tabernacle with an art exhibit and local art organizations. Both inside the Tabernacle and on the grounds of Dillon’s Woods, there will be crafts, entertainment, activities, games, and food. Additionally, the Purcellville Business Association will host their annual historic trolley tour as part of the festival. The Purcellville Music and Arts Festival is family-friendly, free, and open to the public. Pets are also welcome, but must be on a leash and messes must be cleaned up.

This year’s Purcellville Music and Arts Festival is jointly hosted by the Town of Purcellville, the Purcellville Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, the Purcellville Arts Council, along with the new Concessionaire Contractor for the Fireman’s Field Complex: Shaun Alexander Enterprises with Play to Win.
