PURCELLVILLE, Va., April 19, 2018 — The Town of Purcellville is pleased to announce that the Greater Loudoun Babe Ruth League will start their season at Fireman’s Field this Saturday, April 21. Mayor Kwasi Fraser encourages community support for the league, saying: “Please come on out and support Greater Loudoun Babe Ruth at Fireman's Field this Saturday and throughout the season.”
The Mayor also extends his appreciation to the Greater Loudoun Babe Ruth League, Shaun Alexander Enterprises, and Play To Win for their continuing talks that led to an agreement enabling this time-honored tradition to continue in Purcellville.
