Property is listed for sale as it becomes available throughout the year. There is a link to current surplus property sales on the Town’s website under the “How Do I” tab located at the top right of the home page. To receive notifications via email and/or text message when a new auction is listed, you may subscribe to notices under “Sign Up for Alerts” also available in the “How Do I” section of the website.
