PURCELLVILLE, Va. July 10, 2017 — Beginning the week of July 10, 2017, the Town’s Contractor, Jefferson Asphalt Products Company, will begin work necessary for the replacement of an aging water main in North Maple Avenue, between Main Street and the W&OD trail. The work will occur between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. During the construction, the roadway will remain open with temporary lane closures during working hours. Total construction time is anticipated to take approximately four months. In case of inclement weather or unforeseen events, this schedule may change.
Please be aware of work zones and be alert for changes in vehicular and pedestrian traffic patterns in areas where work is being performed.
