[ARCHIVED] News Release - Purcellville's Annual Wine & Food Festival (July 15th) Current Line Up

PURCELLVILLE, Va. June 26, 2017 — The annual, award-winning Purcellville Wine & Food Festival is again held at the beautiful tree-shaded Fireman’s Field in Purcellville. This popular festival, which will be held on July 15th from 2 - 8 p.m., showcases amazing wines, foods, breweries, cideries, and other fineries from purveyors located in and around the Town of Purcellville and Loudoun County. Here’s an update on who’s who so far this year –more are being added, so check our website and facebook page for the latest – Bogati Winery, Corcoran Vineyards, Hiddencroft Vineyards, North Gate Vineyard, Otium Cellars, Old 690 Brewing Company, Jack’s Run Brewing Company, Art of Sin Trading, Christopher Mize Studio, Country Pride Cheese, Jacqueline Hanley Designs, Pink Buggy Designs, Plank Eyewear, Southpaw Express, VinoWine, Zia Design, Finn Thai Restaurant, Gluten Free Loudoun, Grapevine Restaurant, Petit Lou Lou, and Sherri’s Crab Cakes. The Purcellville Arts Council is also sponsoring the new “Arts in the Garden” which will include demonstrations of visual and performing arts.

We have a great schedule of live music, including The VooDoo Blues, King Street Kats, Virginia Southpaws, and in the new ‘Art in the Garden’: McCoy & Addison, Mink’s Miracle Medicine, and Julia Kasdorf. If you are interested in being a vendor at this popular event, please visit our website at

Tickets are available to purchase online for $20 (the price goes up to $30 on the day of the event) and Town of Purcellville residents are eligible for 50% off the general admission cost. Your entrance ticket includes a wine glass, 2 tasting tickets (each ticket allows you at least 3 one-ounce tastings from a vendor of your choosing) with access to all vendors and activities at the festival. Designated Drivers and all patrons ages 16-20 can get in for $5, which includes unlimited water. Kids 15 and under are free and activities include a moon bounce, face painting, vendor giveaways, and plenty of space to run and play. There are also a limited number of VIP tables available for $350 which gives you early entry into the festival at 1 PM, reserved seating with a table and chairs for 8, 8 signature wine glasses, 16 tasting tickets, 4 bottles of wine, and 8 souvenir bags.
