PURCELLVILLE, Va. January 31, 2017 — On Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 8:00 am until noon the Town of Purcellville is once again partnering with Keep Loudoun Beautiful for the annual Town wide clean-up day. Last year, we had nearly 200 volunteers and collected 145 bags- nearly ¾ tons of trash and recycling! The Town of Purcellville invites all citizens, families, individuals, sports teams/organizations, scouts, church groups, and all other volunteers to participate in this beneficial effort to help keep Loudoun beautiful. This event will include roadside and trail clean-up. Volunteers are encouraged to participate by helping maintain the mission of Keep Loudoun Beautiful:
| Maintain the natural beauty and visual quality of Loudoun County
| Encourage and educate citizens to keep Loudoun beautiful.
| Promote public awareness of environmental challenges and suggested solutions, like
| Reducing, Reusing, and Recycling.
| Improve county trash disposal and eliminate illegal dumping.
