PURCELLVILLE, Va. December 22, 2016 — Mayor Fraser will be presenting his State of the Town address at Town Hall on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers. The State of the Town will be published on the Town’s website the following day. This presentation is free and open to the public - citizens are strongly encouraged to attend.
