PURCELLVILLE, Va. November 9, 2016 — The Annual Turkey Trot 5K and Fun Run will be held on Sunday, November 13th at 8:00 AM. This is a fundraising event for the Loudoun Valley Community Center.
The Turkey Trot 5K and Fun Run will start at the Loudoun Valley Community Center, go up Orchard Drive, turn right onto Main Street, turn right onto Maple Avenue, turn right onto G Street, turn right onto 20th Street, turn left onto Nursery Avenue and end at the Community Center. The roads listed will be closed temporarily from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM. The Police Department will make every effort to reopen the streets once the runners have passed, however the safety of the runners is key to making this event a success.
