Board of Architectural Review – reviews and approves applications for non-residential construction including new buildings, additions and alterations, signs, and accessory structures.

Board of Zoning Appeals – reviews and decides on appeals of administrative decisions, variances, special exceptions and other cases as defined by the Zoning Ordinance.

Planning Commission – oversees and helps implement the Comprehensive Plan as well as review land development applications such as rezonings, special use permits, and commission permits.
