Re-established in June 2018, the Train Station Advisory Board was originally established in 2005 when the Town of Purcellville purchased the Train Station from the Purcellville Preservation Association, now known as the Purcellville Historic Society. A stipulation for the purchase was that the Town form this Board to oversee all activity and maintenance for the Train Station. The Board meets no less than four times a year to go over standard maintenance on the building and building usage.
